Refund Policy

📦 Return Eligibility

All product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product specifications. Please review the size carefully before placing your order.
Size-related issues are not eligible for return or refund.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🎥 Unboxing Requirement

Customers must record a full unboxing video (360° view) in clear lighting while opening the package.
This is mandatory proof for damage or defect claims.

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

• A return shipping fee of ₹120 will be deducted from your refund amount.

• Customers are responsible for sending the product back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Nose Pins (Naths)

• Toe Rings

• Earrings (including sets with earrings)

• Body piercing products

• Hair accessories

• Face masks

• Gift cards

• Health & personal care items

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

• Newspapers or magazines

• Hazardous or flammable materials

⚠️ Partial Refund Conditions

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• Items showing obvious signs of use

• Opened media products (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.)

• Damaged or incomplete items not caused by us

• Returns requested after 7 days

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will receive an email confirmation.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

2. Contact your credit card provider

3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

• Sale items are non-refundable

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• Minor color or design variations from website images are not eligible for exchange

• Exchanges are only possible if the same product is available in stock
